Renewing members were being quoted upgrade rates by hand. Someone on staff had to look the member up, confirm their current tier, and reply with the discounted price, which meant the answer arrived hours after the member asked for it.

I built a WordPress plugin that queries Supabase in real time from the member's email address, identifies their tier, and surfaces the correct discounted upgrade rate on the page. The manual lookup came out of the renewal path entirely.

Partner companies offering member discounts needed a way to confirm that someone actually was a member, and at what tier, before honoring a rate. The obvious build would have shipped member records to the partner's browser.

This one does not. The plugin answers the status-and-tier question and nothing else. All personally identifiable information stays server-side and never enters the client response, so the partner gets the answer they need and none of the data they do not.

National conferences and local events were running on separate registration tooling or HighLevel workflows that weren't built to be used for registration. We needed something custom tailored to our member benefits and event registration needs.

I built one custom plugin to handle all of it: registration, payment, member discounts, and sync into both HighLevel and Supabase. One system now covers anything from a 3,000-person conference to a twenty-person local meetup.

The association needed one place for members to reach everything the membership actually bought them. I defined the branding, data model, the user flows, and the CRM handoffs, then deployed it with a contracted developer.

The portal covers educational resources, events, vendor discounts, lender connections, and loan escalation tools, each with its own path back into the CRM.
